Question: I am an out of state retailer who wants to come to California - I see the market as being extremely large, how can one company out of only three offices cover the entire Southern California market?

Answer: To answer this question we have to go back in time to 1960 when we began to first learn the territory, we now refer to as the Greater Los Angeles Market, there were only a few freeways and a heck of a lot of people. The market was small enough for us to learn it very well. Since then we have taught all of our staff the entire market through a two year training program one in which the associates spend an enormous amount of time driving, photographing, mapping and understanding the complete marketplace with all the parts that make up its demographic picture. To us knowing the complete market is like the only way to go about our business and we don't know any better than to be obliged to do such.
